Studio

This cosy one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people. Sleep tight in three comfortable single beds and a sofa bed. Food can be prepared on the two hotplates in the small kitchenette. Pots, pans, cutlery, and plates are of course provided. You will also have a refrigerator, water cooker, iron, and hair dryer at your disposal in the apartment.

You will find a modern flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as a large seating area and dinner table. You can of course also make use of the wireless Internet.

The neighbourhood

In the near vicinity of the apartment you will find supermarkets, various restaurants, and bistros with different cuisines – such as the famous vegetable kebab stand “Rüya”, one of the top 10 kebab places in Berlin.

Fancy having fresh croissants or rolls for breakfast? The many bakeries just a stone’s throw away from the apartment got you covered!

Transportation

Numerous Spätkaufs (Berlin corner stores), banks, shops, and a lot more are just a few steps away. A bus stop is located right in front of the building with direct connections to Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, or the famous Kurfürstendamm. The suburban railway (S-Bahn) station Schöneberg is just a five-minute walk away. The Ringbahn (circle line) brings you to beloved neighbourhoods such as Neukölln or Friedrichshain. Both airports Tegel and Schönefeld are easy to reach as well.

Further important information

An additional accommodation tax for private stays of 5% of the net price per night applies as per 1 January 2014.

Business travellers are exempt from the so-called city tax. They need to however prove the business purpose of their trip. This can be done by the employer assuming the costs or by a writer letter of the company. Business travellers or other large groups can sit together at the large conference table in the main room in the evening for a meeting or to discuss the daily schedule.
