This 255 sqm apartment is ideal for larger groups and families, with 6 bedrooms, a living area, open kitchen, and a total of 4 bathrooms. A very good alternative to a hotel for business travellers as well, with a separate room for each person. Business travellers or other large groups can sit together at the large conference table in the main room in the evening.

The living area has a fully equipped open kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, water cooker, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, and much more. It is almost impossible not to eat and relax together. You can make use of the large flat screen TV, a DVD player, a dining table with chairs, and a couch. You can of course also use the wireless Internet.

The first room has a double bed. The second and third rooms have two single beds. The fourth room has two single beds and one sofa bed. The fifth room has two single beds and one sofa bed as well as a separate bathroom. The sixth room has one single, one double, and one sofa bed with a separate bathroom. All rooms can be accessed from the long hallway. The sofas can additionally be used as beds.

Transportation

A bus stop is located right in front of the building with direct connections to Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, or the famous Kurfürstendamm. The suburban railway (S-Bahn) station Schöneberg is just a five-minute walk away. The Ringbahn (circle line) brings you to beloved neighbourhoods such as Neukölln or Friedrichshain. Both airports Tegel and Schönefeld are easy to reach as well.
