The Apartment
This 125 sqm apartment has 3 bedrooms. It is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building without elevator.
The main room is in American style with open kitchen. This creates a feel-good atmosphere with fresh colours and attractive decoration.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a convenient dishwasher as well as other electronic devices such as a toaster, coffee machine, stove with oven, and water cooker. You will find cutlery, pots, and everything else you need for cooking.
You will find a modern flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as a large seating area and dinner table. You can of course also make use of the wireless Internet.
The three bedrooms are attractively painted in fresh colours. Apart from a room with one double and two single beds, there is a further room with one double and one single bed. The third room has one double bed, three single beds, and a sofa bed. The sofas can additionally be used as beds.

Just look out the window at the famous Tempelhofer Feld. The former airport grounds offer everything from looking at fireworks to renting bikes, barbecuing, visiting concerts, and much more.
Transportation
The subway (U-Bahn) station Tempelhof is only minutes away. Here, the U6 line takes you to the multicultural Kreuzberg district. The circle line of the suburban railway (S-Bahn) with connection to the U9 quickly takes you to the famous Ku’damm shopping street. Other sights, such as the Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, and Alexanderplatz, as well as both airports Tegel and Schönefeld, are easy to reach.
In addition, you will find public parking spaces right in front of the building.

An additional accommodation tax for private stays of 5% of the net price per night applies as per 1 January 2014.
Business travellers are exempt from the so-called city tax. They need to however prove the business purpose of their trip. This can be done by the employer assuming the costs or by a writer letter of the company. Business travellers or other large groups can sit together at the large conference table in the main room in the evening for a meeting or to discuss the daily schedule.
